Introducing LifeWorks, Our Senior Wellness Program
Available to every Plaza at Lubbock resident, our engaging LifeWorks Senior Wellness Program is designed to help participants achieve fulfillment in every area of their lives. Based on a comprehensive approach involving purpose-driven exercises, LifeWorks gives participants the chance to exercise their individuality in addition to strengthening the body and the mind. Here are just a few of the options available as part of a personally tailored LifeWorks program:
- MindWorks – individual assessments, cognitive therapy, & aerobics of the mind
- BodyWorks – fitness testing, group classes, maintenance exercises, personal training1 & massage1
- MusicWorks – music therapy, individual lessons & group sessions
- NatureWorks – garden club, group nature walks & one-on-one experiences
